Thomas and Emily are themselves amazing photographers, so when they asked me to take their engagement photos in Provence while they were in France for my photography workshop, I was SO honored! July is the perfect time to shoot in the lavender fields of Provence! We hopped together in one car and just took off for several hours driving around the beautiful hills of Provence to find the most perfect fields. We started in this adorable olive grove then we stopped on a cliff that overlooked the city of Gordes, we found the most perfect lavender fields and were swarmed by bees and the beautiful scent of lavender. We ended their perfect session in the rolling fills of Valensole which is known for the most beautiful lavender field shots! Thomas looked so dapper in his navy suit and Emily in her BHLDN dress. It was the most perfect destination engagement session and I am so honored to have captured these photos for them on the most perfect summer day in the most incredible area of France! Beautiful, absolutely stunning! The colours are just crazy and I love, love, love lavender 🙂 Hopefully I get to experience these scents one day myself! The region is definitely high up on my bucket list! Well done, as usual!
