- Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior whom I live for every day. Without Him, none of this would be possible. I give Him all the glory!
- I was married on January 4, 2008 to my high school sweetheart and only love of my life, Clint. He is my biggest supporter and encourager. I am so blessed to have him in my life every day.

- I love rainy days and my day is always complete when I’ve had a Starbucks.
- I love to travel and go to new places and experience new things. My goal is to visit every continent in the world and every state in the United States. So far I have been to 3 continents, 7 countries and 22 states.
- I could watch Pride and Prejudice over and over. Sometimes when I work, I just let it play in the background.
- Speaking of Pride and Prejudice, I liked the music so much that I walked down the aisle at my wedding to the song “Liz on Top of the World.” I couldn’t have been more dramatic.
- I have lived half of my life in West Texas and the other half in Colorado.

Q&A WITH ME
How long have you been interested in photography?
Photography has always been a passion of mine. I have been shooting for over six years. Ever since I owned my first 35mm Canon SLR in high school, I have wanted to use it to capture the important things in life.
Why do you love wedding photography?
I absolute adore everything about weddings and all the excitement that goes with them! On January 4, 2008, I married the love of my life, Clint who is my biggest supporter and encourager. Because I am a recent a bride, I know how hard it is to find a photographer that matches your style and connects with your personality. As your wedding photographer, I want to be there for you throughout your whole wedding experience. I want you to feel like I am not only your wedding photographer, but also your friend. So many photographers neglect the most important parts of a wedding…the beautiful details and the tender moments that are truly what make your wedding memorable. My goal is to capture those moments that you will cherish most.
What inspires your photography?
My clients are my biggest inspiration. I love to work with artistic, creative and fashionable people who love to push the envelope just like I do. They are always willing to let me try new things. By having a graphic design degree, I am very inspired by design and I love pulling that element into my photographs through colors and textures.
What is your favorite location to shoot in?
Let’s just say I’m not your average “photos at a park” photographer. I love to shoot in very urban and different locations. A lot of the time, I like to contrast beautiful people with not so beautiful backgrounds to create a very striking effect.
How is your photography different than other photographers?
Unlike many traditional photographers, I’m not afraid to get a little extreme for the perfect shot! I’ll lay down in a dirty alley, scrap my leg on a train boxcar and get stickers in my shoes just so I can capture a unique shot. I also love getting to know my clients and learning details about them and their relationship that I can incorporate into our photoshoot. I want all of my clients to feel like celebrities when we go out on their shoot. I want them to be relaxed and free to show lots of emotion and have tons of fun!
