As I am getting ready for Christmas, I look back at this past year so grateful for all the wonderful clients that God has brought me. I have LOVED getting to know each of you. You are all so special to me and I love that I can use my talent to create photographs you will cherish for years to come!

I hope everyone is enjoying getting ready for Christmas. Clint and I have been so busy working on our house that we didn’t even plan on decorating for Christmas this year. We had sold our little 4 foot old Christmas tree and wanted to get a new one when they went on sale. We had been wanting a white tree, you know, because we like to be different and we found this one on sale for $100! We decided that we might as well put it up even though it wouldn’t be up for long. Here are some photos of our Christmas decor this year.

I have had a great time buying presents this year for family and got a lot of personalized gifts. I’ll have to show you some photos after everyone opens them. I’ve found some great finds on Etsy!

I hope ya’ll have a wonderful Christmas and don’t forget the real reason for the season!

The Christmas Story
So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

Niasha has the most gorgeous eyes! Wouldn’t you agree? I was so happy to shoot Niasha’s senior photos. I had a great time getting to know her and her future plans. Niasha totally worked it! She looked SO gorgeous and she was a total trooper! I love how these turned out!

The Brown family contacted me to take their family photos and aren’t these boys the cutest ever? So cute! Here are a couple of my favorites!

I LOVE the Kothmann family! I shot their family photos last year, and this year, they had me come out to their new home and shoot their photos on their gorgeous land! They are all so very sweet and Clint and I love to hang out with them. Here are some of my favorites from their session. I’ll have to share their gorgeous Christmas card with you as well!
